Mrs. Butler was born in Buffalo, NY on September 27th. She is married and has
a son named Collin going into fourth grade at Holly Grove. She has a
Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Masters Degree in Curriculum
and Instruction, Gifted Endorsement K-12, and National Board Certification.
She has been teaching third grade for fifteen years. She enjoys going to the
beach, spending time outdoors, shopping, and eating!
I pledge to teach your child using the best teaching practices, and give your
child the best instruction to meet their individual needs. I want to teach my
students to love learning now and in the future through fun, active
student-centered high interest lessons that reach each and every student
successfully. I want them to experience authentic activities that will
prepare them to become independent of others and knowledgeable in the real
world. Through my student-centered teaching style I will give your child the
chance to grow in their ability to communicate with one another and try things
on their own. I can give them the resources they need to reach their full
potential because ALL students CAN learn.
