I am so excited to begin this journey with your child! This is my tent
year of teaching, all within Wake County Public Schools and all in
kindergarten. :) I came to Holly Grove when it opened and I enjoy
introducing our newest hedgehogs to our wonderful school family.
I have a Master's Degree from Campbell University in Elementary Education,
with my undergraduate degree in Religion and Christian Ministries with a
minor in Child Development also from Campbell. I achieved National Board
Ceritification as an Early Childhood Generalist last year.
I have been married to my husband, Ash, for almost 10 years. We have been
very blessed with three precious children, Parker,Andrew, and Kaitlyn.
Parker and Andrew are identical twins who will be entering 3rd grade this
year. Kaitlyn is our princess and is beginning kindergarten this year as
well. I can't believe that they will all be here with me!
In my free time, I love cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes, reading,
shopping, and scrapbooking. We also try to fit in as many trips to the beach
as possible!
Again, I look forward to working with you this year as we develop a
partnership that will help each and every child be a successful and happy
learner!
