I moved here from Pittsburgh,PA when I married my husband in 2005. We have
four cats and 3 dogs. My husband works at Oakdale Cemetery here in
Wilmington. This is my fourth year teaching here at Laney and I am looking
forward to a wonderful and productive semester.
I am very excited about the successes we had last year and the challenges we
will face this year. I am confident with the support of the faculty,
students and parents we will continue to establish a great tradition of
academic excellence here at Laney. I have high expectations for all of my
students and that is part of the foundation for the success in my classroom.
1. To help each student attain the best of his or her ability in both
academic achievement and personal growth.
2. To create and develop a systematic and pleasant work environment in the
classroom as a model for future work ethics.
