Welcome to Physical Education Class!

I cannot wait to get to know each of you better in class this year...here's a little bit of background information on me so you have a head start!

- I was born and raised in Greensboro and attended Our Lady of Grace School as a child.

- I graduated from North Carolina State University - and am a rabid Wolfpack fan! - with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Sociology with a Concentration in Criminology.

- I received my physical education teacher's certification through Greensboro College.

- This is my 5th year as a teacher at Our Lady of Grace School.

- I have been married to my wife for 3 years, and we have a beautiful baby girl, Allie, who will be one year old in January. We also have a 4-year-old Golden Retriever, Molly.

- My first job was as a lawnmower at 10 years old and I did that every summer until High School...since then I worked during summers in high school as the Tennis Coach at Friendly Park Pool. In college I was an NCSU Intramural Sports Supervisor for 2 years, I worked in a bank for 2 years, and I worked as an intern with Wake County Juvenile Detention. Over the summers during my college years I worked as a heavy machinery technician in a plastics factory, I worked in retail, and I worked grounds maintenance at an apartment complex. This past summer I worked for a technology company!

I absolutely love working with OLG students, and seeing you all work hard in my class!

- My favorite animal is a Wolf...my favorite group of animals is a Wolfpack.
