We have implemented a Volunteer Commitment Program for the 2011-2012
school
year. Essentially, we are requiring each family to contribute 15 hours of
service for the school year. Hours can be done helping in the classroom,
driving on a field trip, assisting with a fundraiser, or keeping up our
grounds. There are many opportunities to help keep Mercy the wonderful place
it is for our students.

There is a designated volunteer log book in the front vestibule for you to
keep track of your hours. You can also download the Volunteer Hours tracking
form to fill out on hard copy or electronically to submit your hours to our
volunteer coordinator, Rebecca Seeber.

you are volunteering with our students, it is required that you have a
background check and complete the Protecting God's Children course through
the diocese.
