Here at Parsley, we strive to give our students the very best education in
the safest and most inviting environment possible. The state of North
Carolina has many procedures in place to hold us accountable for the success
of our students.
Each year our 3rd-5th grade students take the End-of-Grade test, otherwise
known as the EOG. The 5th grade also takes an EOG Science Test. We have a
North Carolina Standard Course of Study that guides our instruction. The EOG
tests are based on those standards and it is our job to thoroughly cover them
in each grade level K-5.
The state testing for writing is changing this year. When we get all the
information and guidelines from the state we will pass them along to you.
