Hello and thank you for visiting my web site! I hope you find it helpful
and fun.
Here's a little bit about me. I was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and
graduated with a B.S. in Education, majoring in Art Education, from a school
called IUP (which stands for Indiana University of Pennsylvania). There is
a small town northeast of Pittsburgh named Indiana, which also happens to be
the birthplace of Jimmy Stewart of "It's a Wonderful Life".
I have been teaching art for the past 13 years in Wake County and am SO
excited to be working at River Bend and developing our art program! I am
looking forward to working with all students, staff, and parents at River
Bend!
All students will learn the basic concepts of art in a positive and
encouraging atmosphere where creativity prospers.
