or phone call and that they have received PTO welcome Booklet
-Is available to be contact person should a new parent have questions
-Organize Kindergarten welcome activity in Spring to welcome
upcoming new Kindergarteners
Hospitality Committee Chair:

-Organizes and/or finds volunteers to organize a dance/party/event
at the end of Catholic Schools Week
Grade Parent Coordinator –

-Coordinates grade parents during volunteer/fundraising efforts

teacher luncheons during parent/teacher conferences
- Serves as a “go-to” contact for committee chairs to assist in

Newsletter Chair –

generate yearbook publication.

Fundraising Chair and Co-Chair

Teacher Appreciation Coordinator

Liturgical Coordinator
