Welcome to my website!
I am happy to serve the students and families of South Davie as your school
counselor. I am a graduate of Davie High School. I graduated from UNC-
Greensboro with a degree in Human Development & Family Studies in 1997. I
completed my Master's Degree in Counseling at NC Agricultural and Technical
State University in 2003. I am currently completing an Educational Specialist
Degree through Liberty University. I have worked as a high school counselor,
a juvenile court counselor, and I have experience in working with substance
abuse clients. My husband and I have two children who keep us pretty busy!
I assist students in the areas of personal, academic, and career
development. I also serve as:
-SDMS Student Support Team/504 Coordinator
-McKinney-Vento Liaison
-Rising 9th Grade Registration
-Peer Mediation Program Coordinator
-Lead Middle School Counselor, DCS
