The children are excited to celebrate the 100th day of school! We will be
doing lots of fun activities throughout the day. The children will bring in
100 items to show. We will be counting and counting!!!!
We are counting money using pennies, nickles, and dimes. The children are
doing a super job. We will continue to use calculators, tell time, and solve
addition and subtraction number stories.
The children are doing a wonderful job with the new letter sounds and popcorn
words. They can identify the characters, setting, and main ideas in our
stories.
We were learn about George Washington and Abe Lincoln.
Traveling Teddy is beginning to return to our class. The children are so
excited when we receive a new Traveling Teddy. This is a great way to
practice our mapping skills.
In Religion we are learning about the Mass.
We will celebrate Valentine's Day with a small party and exchanging
valentines with our friends.
