May 25
Dear parents,
Our last FULL week of this school year was very productive!  Students have completed and turned in their research paper; the middle school math placement test has been given to students, and the assessment was given our the novel, Rules.  We are also into our last Social Studies assessment which is composed of a simulation of the Revolutionary War.
Next week will still be rich with learning activities, but we will have several special activities on our calendar.  Tuesday morning the 3-5 grades will participate in a Marian Retreat.  Students will rotate among 6 classrooms to complete a variety of activities focused on Mary.  Tuesday afternoon we will get together with our 1B book buddies one last time.  Friday, June 1, 5th grade will host mass for the last time this year.  Immediately after mass, the 5th grade students will watch a special broadcast and will vote for the first time in the student council election for the next school year.  Friday afternoon will be the 5A/5B end of year party.  All of our hard work is finally coming to an end!
I hope you all have a safe and relaxing Memorial Day weekend!
   Sincerely,
Lisa Hribar
