Science Article Format

1.  Title of article. (10 pts.)
2.  Source and Date of Publication (10 pts.)
3.  One sentence summary statement. (10 pts.) 
4.  5 Facts explaining your article. (50 pts.)
5.  Your feelings about how this topic might affect you. (10 pts.)

You will receive (10 pts.) for completing the article on time.
You will lose points for spelling errors.
You will lose points for not having a header at the top of your paper.


An Example:

1. "We're Not in Crisis Mode"
2. Newsweek, September 2, 2002 (underline Newsweek)
3. West Nile virus infects people.
4. Five facts; 
   a. Virus affects humans.
   b. People are trying to find a cure. 
   c. Virus found in animals.
   d. Humans and animals get the virus when
   e. Chickens are not affected by the virus.
5. My friends or I might get the virus so I feel they should find a 
   cure.
