Monsters in a Jar 1

MONSTERS IN A JAR!

We had so much fun creating
our "Monsters in a Jar". After
reading the book "Where the Wild
Things Are", we discussed
vocabulary. Using a story
starter I developed,the kids came
up with their own stories and
then they drew their monsters
inside one of the jar patterns.
You can find the story starter,
patterns,activites and examples
from other sites, on
my "Download" and "Teacher
Resources" pages of this site.
