Should I correct my child's mistakes on homework before sending it in?

My answer to this is - Yes please! Not that you should correct
it FOR them,
but please check their homework and if there are mistakes, have
them check
to find them. If they don't find the mistakes, then point them
out and
explain the correction that is necessary. Homework is meant to
be practice
and reinforcement of learning, and a great opportunity for the
one-on-one
teaching that is so valuable. Please take the opportunity to
fine-tune the
work your child is doing.
