This assignment looks at how society used sexuality to get us interested in purchasing various items. For this assignment you must view several television commercials and review the content to determine if it uses sexuality to sell the product.

Assignment requirements:

- Select three commercials that use sexuality to promote the sales of a product.

- Write a brief description of the commercial.

- In a paragraph or two explain how sexuality is being used to promote the product.

- After viewing the commercial answer the following:

1. Is the use of sexuality affective in promoting the product?

2. Is it necessary to use sexuality to promote the product? Why or Why not?

3. If possible how could you change the commercial to exhibit less sexuality?
