| P.E.: Remember to wear SNEAKERS and COMFORTABLE clothes!!! Please pack
sneakers in your backpack when you wear boots. Baggy pants or pants
that constrict are not appropriate. Sneakers need to be secure and have
flexible soles - skateboard shoes are not very safe for running and jumping.
HEALTH: Keep your FITNESS CALENDAR in a safe place and CIRCLE
the physical activities that you try. It is due the first week of each month.
>>>There will be occasional homework sheets to complete with your child, but
they will always have a week to complete them.
Keep trying new fruits and vegetables to add variety to your diet!
REMEMBER TO GET 60 MINUTES OR MORE of physical activity each day
(Write it on your "Fitness Calendar"!).
TRY THIS: leave a fatty food (ex: fresh baked cookie or chips) in a brown
lunch bag overnight. See how the bag looks in the morning.
A movie with a good message to watch with your family: "SUPERSIZE ME"
