Co-Cross Country Coach: Amanda Pierson Amanda Pierson will be one of the co-coaches for cross-country. She has been running cross-country since her junior year at Dover High School, and was elected captain in her senior year. She recently graduated from Plymouth State University with a major in Physical Education and a minor in coaching, and has been a summer camp counselor for Barrington Recreation and a summer soccer coach. Her camp experience also extended to her position as a trip leader for a summer camp in Lake Winnipesaukee which included guiding youth groups on overnight and day hikes in the White Mountains. During the winter months she has been employed as ski instructor at Tenney Mountain and Waterville Valley. |
Co-Cross Country Coach: Katie Sprowl Katie Sprowl started her love for cross-country at BMS in 2000 as an 8th grader moving on to Dover High School running Cross-Country as well as Track&Field. With captain experience and upon graduation she continued scholastic career at Castle State College in VT for four years. She has since received her MSW from UNH and is back at BMS as a Behavioral Coach as well as Co-Cross Country Coach. |

Varsity Volleyball Coach:Katie Veno Katie Veno has played Volleyball for nine years beginning in sixth grade and continuing to play through college at NHTI in Concord. During the past couple of years, Katie has been a coach at many summer volleyball camps and was a junior high assistant coach last year. Currently, Katie is finishing up her last year at NHTI and will graduate with a business administration degree in the spring. She is currently working as a pharmacy technician and lives in Northwood NH. |
Boys A Soccer Coach: Tom Bonello Coach Bonello has been coaching at BMS for over a decade. He has coached boy’s soccer, basketball, lacrosse, and numerous fantasy teams to championships. His coaching philosophy blends humor, hard work, and competition and aims to help student-athletes have fun while learning about fundamental skills and being a good sport. |

Boys Basketball Coach: Tiffany Locke Tiffany Locke is the new Athletic Director and P.E./Wellness teacher at Barrington Middle School. She has been playing basketball since she was ten years old and played for Winnacunnet High School. Tiffany has been coaching basketball for nine years, beginning when she was fifteen years old by volunteering at the Seabrook Recreation Department. She has experience coaching at the 3rd-5th grade level as well as the 6th-8th level. She has won championships in both divisions and is looking forward to working with the 7th and 8th grade boys this year! |
Golf Instructor: Scott Harris Mr. Scott Harris been teaching in Barrington for 25 years, starting when he graduated from UNH. He is a lifelong golfer, and he also enjoys motorcycles, playing guitar, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and UNH hockey. He lives in Brookfield with his wife, two college-age children, one dog, and many cats. |

Golf Instructor: Jack Davison Mr. Davison has taught reading, language arts, and social studies at Barrington Middle School. He currently works with students on all four teams to help improve their reading skills. His favorite activities include reading, playing golf, and bike riding. In the summer, he helps run a campground in York, Maine and is a member of the York Golf and Tennis Club. He and Mr. Harris are the instructors for the BMS golf program which takes place in October at the Nippo Lake Golf Course. |
Girls Soccer Coach: Ginger Kelso Miss Kelso has been coaching soccer as well as track and field since she arrived here at Barrington Middle School nine years ago. Although both sports are very different, she enjoys them equally and loves being able to watch the student athletes grow and improve over their years of participation. She believes it is important that all students have access to team sports and, most importantly, that they have fun. |

JV Volleyball Coach & Boys B Basketball Coach Derek MacAllister is looking forward to coaching the JV volleyball team for the 2011 season as well as the boys "B" team for basketball. He a special education teacher at Barrington Middle School, and graduated UNH where he played on the golf team. Derek plays many sports, has played golf professionally, and won the 2004 NH State Amateur golf tournament. He has experience running clinics and coaching at multiple age levels. |
