What does the PTO do?

 We participate, encourage and foster cooperation and communication between 
home, school and our community for the education and enrichment of our 
children. The organization will participate through special projects, 
programs and events.

Is it all right to bring my kids to the meeting?

Yes, We provide activities for the children on an as-needed basis.  Simply 
notify us via this website and we will be sure to fulfill this request.

If I can't always make it to the PTO meetings, can I be updated on progress?

Yes, just email the PTO (epsompto@yahoo.com) and ask that you be added 
to 
the "e-mail" distribution list either by clicking on E-Mail (this website) 
or 
go to monthly update link and at the bottom, click on "Add E-mail".

What are the membership guidelines?

ARTICLE V
MEMBERSHIP 

Section 1: General Membership
Parent, legal guardian, faculty /staff, or any other Epsom resident over the 
age 18 are eligible for membership.  

Section 2: Voting Membership
A regular member can become a voting member by meeting one of the following 
criteria: 
1 -Volunteer for at least 2 projects, programs, or events
2- Serve on the standing committee
3- or, attend at least 2/3 of the regularly scheduled meetings. 
Voting members shall have the right to vote on all issues before the 
membership, to elect officers and to hold office.

Does the Epsom PTO pay dues?

No.  Funds are generated primarily through various fundraisers, events and 
donations.
