The Greenland Parent Organization (GPO) is established to provide support and
financial assistance to the Greenland Central School (GCS) in its basic
mission of teaching, child enrichment, guidance and the fundamental
development of values and appreciation of fairness.
The GPO is dedicated, through the efforts and commitment of all parents and
guardians of GCS students, to work with the principal, teachers and
administrative personnel of the GCS to help insure the students, both current
and future, have the opportunities to grow and develop as caring, active,
enlightened citizens and civic leaders.
The GPO, in addition to donating its time and energy, will also endeavor to
raise moneys through various activities and events to financially assist its
mutual goals.
