All of the community service that you perform for NHS for the 2009-10 school year must be submitted using the form below. REMINDERS:1. You must perform a miminimum of three (3) hours of community service per month in order to remain in good standing with NHS. 2. Community service hours must have been performed in service to someone or some group in the greater Hillsboro-Deering community. 3. You cannot use these hours to also count for the school's service hours requirement. 4. You cannot financially benefit from your service. 5. You cannot include activities as service if they were required as part of another role or position that you hold.6. You must fill out a form even for NHS sponsored community service projects, such as pie baking or the Halloween Carnival.7.
