We encourage you to read to your child everyday. At this time, this is
your child's daily homework. Later in the year, we will be sending home math
homelinks, math activities to do with your child. Also, in the Spring, I
will send home books for your child to read to you. :) Homework will also go
home periodically, eg. finishing a mini-book created in class, etc. I will
also introduce to you the "Today I Practiced" sheet on "Back to School" Nite,
so that you are familiar with these when they go home. They will tell you a
skill that we have been working on in class, that you can continue to
practice at home.
