I have been teaching fourth grade for 4 years, this year being my 5th year.
I have my own son, who was just born in May. I had a great summer hanging
out with him!
My mission for the class this year is to provide each child with the means
to learn many things. My goal for the children is to improve their reading
and writing skills. I want my students to enjoy learning, and to always
strive to be better learners. We will also be becoming better scientists as
we will be doing Science as well.
We are using a new Math series this year, called Everyday Math. We are all
very excited about this new prograim!
Our days are very busy, so once in while I will try to fit in some more
relaxing and fun activities. I really look forward to a great year.
