Mrs. LaFrance has been an educator for 19 years. She was a special education
teacher at Pelham High School and Windham Middle School for eight years
before becoming an administrator. She was an Assistant Principal at Windham
Middle School and Windham Center School for five years. This will be her
sixth year as Principal at Pelham Elementary School and Kindergarten. Mrs.
LaFrance attained a bachelor's and master's degree in education from Rivier
College. She received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS)in
Leadership and Supervision from the University of New Hampshire in May 2008.
In her free time Mrs. LaFrance enjoys playing golf and tennis, spending
time with her husband and three grown children.
