 The class advisors for grades 5-8 met in mid-October to discuss the results of the 
fundraising and class trip survey that parents completed in the spring. 

A meeting was held on  November 12th for parents  to discuss  fundraising options and 8th grade trip 
purpose.   A brief overview of the auction was presented. Packets were handed out which included a 
Fundraising Commitment Form. If you were not at the meeting,  a copy will be sent to you. 

Please complete the form and return it to the office by December 5th. 

The first official fundraising event was held on  November 2nd when the  class will sponsored a 
concession tent at the Upper Valley Cup. Thank you to all the parent and student volunteers who made 
food and/or helped with setting up, serving, and breaking down.  It was a great success.

 If you are available to help with the ice cream sales for an hour at lunchtime on Thursdays, please 
contact Jen Rybeck Houde.

Students interested in helping with babysitting for monthly PTA meetings should contact Elizabeth 
Lurie.

Lots of good ideas came up for auction donation ideas. Keep the great ideas coming.
