My name is Donna Keable, and I am thrilled to be teaching the
Learning Together class for the ninth year. I have been
teaching for 26 years in a variety of settings. Prior to moving to New
Hampshire 9 years ago, I spent 16 years teaching in Smithfield, RI. Prior
to that, I taught briefly in Fitchburg, MA.
I taught K-6 Special Education for 7 years in Smithfield, RI then
taught the Special Education Preschool class in that district for 3 years. I
also taught regular ed. grades 1 - 3 for the 6 years prior to my move.
I have two children of my own. My son is 21 and and my daughter is
18, so outside of school hours, they keep me very busy. I answer my e-mail
early in the morning or late in the evening, so if you send me an e-mail
during the day time, do not be discouraged if I do not answer it by dinner time.
If you have a time sensitive issue, feel free to contact me at school
through a note or a phone call and I will get back to you right away. I
encourage a partnership between home and school, so never feel bashful about
contacting me.
