Join us for a SEPTA Family Day while supporting the Daisy Breakfast on Sunday, APRIL 22, 2012 (flyer attached). It will be held at the East Brunswick Hilton from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Enjoy breakfast, raffles, music and socializing for a good cause. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
Join us MONDAY, APRIL 23, 7pm to 9pm at the next SEPTA MEETING at the East Brunswick Public Library in the meeting room area–Creating Agreement - Middlesex County This workshop will focus on helping parents and professionals “create agreement” and avoid, minimize, or appropriately address, conflict in the IFSP and IEP process. Participants willexplore the benefits and challenges of parent-professional collaboration, learn best practicesfor creating agreement, address power imbalances and implement cultural reciprocity. Individuals will learn how to “create agreement” with others in your district.

There are SEPTA Executive Board positions available for 2012-13. Won’t you consider making a difference for our SEPTA community? ALL ARE WELCOME AND NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!! Check the webpage athttp://NJ/FrostElementarySchool/SEPTAfor open posititions. If interested, please write a Letter of intent stating your name and position of interest, and submit it to SEPTA by Monday, April 23, 2012 by mailing to: East Brunswick Public Schools, Special Education Dept., 760 Route 18, East Brunswick, NJ 08816, Attn: SEPTA. Nominaions can also be brought to the 4/23/12 SEPTA meeting. Nominations from paid SEPTA members will be gladly accepted. Join us on Monday, June 4 for the SEPTA Planning Meeting at the East Brunswick Public Library. Discussion at this meeting will be meeting topics, fundraising ideas, filling the SEPTA committees, SEPTA mailing, coffee talks and support systems and more. There will probably be a need for an additional meeting or two over the summer to wrap everything up and start the 2012-2013 year off complete and well planned. Please join us!

Beach Bash Registration Now Open! |

The Beach Bash will take place on Sunday, September 9 on the 7th Avenue beach in Belmar. This FREE event includes a surf camp with professional surfers from Surfer's Healing, organized beach activities, face painting, lunch, arts & crafts, musical entertainment and much more!
Please note that registering for the Beach Bash does not gain your child admittance into the surf camp portion of the day. To register for the surf camp, please see details below.
