| Writers Notebooks are being worked on at home this week. They will be
collected next week (week of May 19th).
Reader's Notebook letters are written in class during independent reading
time. Letters are due based on the day assigned to your child. Please refer
to the label on your child's Reader's Notebook, as this determines which day
their notebooks are due. This color also corresponds with the day your
child "shops" for books during independent reading. Your child will be
bringing their graded letters home throughout the week.
Once your child's notebook is handed in and graded, please review the
graded rubric, sign it and return it to school the next day.
*Your signature is required on the rubrics in both notebooks, so please be
sure to ask your child about them. We will be alternating weeks of
collection.
