Hello, welcome to our first grade class in Room 10! My name is Danielle
Grzybek, and I have the great pleasure and responsibility of teaching your
child this year. This is my fifth year teaching at Bowne-Munro. I am VERY
excited to be teaching first grade! When I am not in school I love to spend
lots of time outside, especially at the beach. I spend a lot of time with my
family; especially at my parent's cute beach house at the Jersey Shore! I
have an older sister and a younger sister who I also love spending time with.
My older sister and her husband just had the MOST BEAUTIFUL baby boy this
summer, so I also LOVE being an Aunt!
I have lots of fun and engaging activities planned for this year, which will
challenge your children and motivate them to learn. I feel that communication
between school and home is not only very important, but vital to each child's
success. The students must know that we are working together in their best
interest; it is for this reason I welcome and encourage communication from

I feel every child has the potential to bring something unique and special to
our classroom. Because of this, it is my hope that we will be able to learn
from each other this year. I am looking forward to working together,
laughing together, and growing together.
