1) To Create an appreciation of our diverse cultures in both the teaching
and learning environment for our students and the community.
2) To compile a group of lesson plans and books that will showcase our many
diverse backgrounds within our district.
3) To host a diversity book talk in each of the schools in the district
which would incorporate students, teachers, and members of the community.
4) To create a up-to-date website that will help link all of our ideas and
goals together.
5) To discuss current issues regarding diversity in our school and
community and address how to resolve these issues.
