Homework

1) Your speech book must come to school every time you have speech.
2) You must do your homework. Practice makes perfect speech! Even if
you only have speech once a week, practicing a little bit every day
with mom or dad will help make your speech and language skills get better
and better.
3) Make sure mom or dad signs your homework after you do it. Homework
is only helpful if someone is there to help listen to your great speech!

REWARD SYSTEM:
--For every homework that you bring to speech, you will get a sticker on
your homework chart. If you forget your homework, but bring your book, you
get half a sticker. You can earn the other half if you finish that homework.
--After you earn 5 stickers, you get a pize.
--Every 6-weeks I will be checking to see if the children are starting to
use their good sounds in conversational speech and so we will be playing a
game where we don't focus on any specific sound. The child who has earned
the most stickers in that 6-week period will get to pick the game that we
play.

DON'T FORGET THE BONUS: If you can tell me what the Virginia Tech football
score was for the past weekend, you get an extra sticker for your chart!!
