Students will have homework MONDAY - THURSDAY evenings.
MULTIPLICATION FACT FLUENCY IN MATH
Children are expected to drill the multiplication facts
5 minutes each night in order to obtain fluency. Various
websites are available in "Links" to help encourage practice.
Three minute multiplication drills are part of our weekly routine
and administered on "Fact Fluency Fridays!!"
Fluency assessments will be given quarterly.
READER'S WORKSHOP
Children are expected to read for 20 minutes each
night and log the information on their Daily Reading Log.
Reading logs will be collected every Friday and
redistributed on Monday morning.
