1. 5th Grade Students should turn forms into their elementary schools. a PTA member will pick them up from the elementary schools.
2. The PTA and DeMasi School researched the prices of the kits to be sure we are offering a "good deal" to our DeMasi families. Parents should feel confident that this is a good price.
3. Our profit margin is "small" and we are offering this as a "service" to our DeMasi families to make Back to School Shopping easier for everyone!
4. This is the supply list for next year. An identical list as on the form will be posted at the end of the year for anyone not planning on ordering a kit.
5. Once the sale ends on MAY 25th, NO kits can be added on at a later date.
