NJ ASK Testing
Monday May 11th - Thursday 14th
PLEASE go to bed EARLY and find plenty of time to rest. Be sure to get
outside as much as possible to exert and uneased tensions/anxiety/energy.
Come into school with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and a confidence that you will do
well on theses assessments! You worked very hard with your teacher
throughout the year to learn and apply the skills being assessed on the
NJASK, therefore there should be no feelings of nervousness.
Monday & Tuesday will be Language Arts
~This day reading & writing skills will be assessed
Wednesday & Thursday will be Math
~This day problem solving & conceptual skills will be assessed
Afternoons workloads will be light and NO HOMEWORK will be assigned this week.
Looking forward to Friday! A day where we can kick back, relax and celebrate
the end of testing with a sweet treat.

FIELD TRIP PERMISSION SLIPS went home Thursday, 5/7 for the upcoming trips:
1) Our trout release at Hacklebarney Park on Friday, 5/22
2) 5th grade district picnic at Rock Spring park on Friday, 5/29.
