Please bring in all supplies by Monday if at all possible. You also need an
independent reading book. This book must be fiction. It can be from any
fictional genre. (realistic fiction, fantasy, mystery, historical fiction,
adventure etc.)
Required Independent Reading Assignment (This will be explained next week)
The "home" independent reading instructions can be found on the back of
the "Bookmark". Read for at least 30 minutes each night on Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday,and Thursday. Choose either Friday, Saturday or Sunday for your
fifth day. Record your pages read on the "Bookmark" each night. It is very
important that this "Bookmark" be updated each night and brought to school
with the current reading book.
