Dear Orchestra Students and Parents,
In order to prepare for the Hammarskjold Middle School Orchestra Spring
Concert, it is necessary to schedule several after-school rehearsals. At
these rehearsals, the 6th grade period 3, 4, and 8 classes and the 7th grade
period 1, 7, and 9 classes are combined. The after-school rehearsals will be
held in Room 503 from 2:55 pm to 3:35 pm. Late bus passes will be given.
Students receive extra credit for attending these rehearsals.
Please remind your child to practice! Students should be practicing a
minimum of two hours per week in order to have a successful orchestral
experience.

HMSO SPRING CONCERT--Tuesday, June 3, 2008 EBHS Auditorium, 7:30 PM.
7th Grade students will report to Room D-7 at 6:30 pm
to be tuned and to warm up.
6th Grade students will report to Room D-22 at 6:30 pm
to be tuned and to warm up.
Dress for the concert is white shirt and black (or as dark as possible)
pants or skirt. Absolutely no sneakers, jeans, or sweats. The concert
starts at 7:30 pm and is free. Please invite your family and friends.
Thank you for your support and cooperation. The students are going to sound
wonderful at the concert. I know you will be as proud of your child as I am!
