Welcome to the Hammarskjold Middle School Orchestra (HMSO) website!
IMPORTANT UPDATE: HMSO SPRING CONCERT: Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at Hammarskjold.
6th Grade students will report to the cafeteria at 6:00pm; 7th Grade students
will report at 6:15pm to tune and warm up. Student dress for the concert is
black & white...no jeans, sneakers or sweats. The concert starts at 7:00pm
and will be less than one hour long. The concert is free, so invite your
family and friends!
Our Spring after school rehearsal schedule is available on the "Rehearsals"

You can print out a copy of the entire Spring rehearsal schedule & concert
information on the "Notices" page.
Check out the new "Print Music" page, where you can download and print
some of your orchestra music (only Dr. Braun's arrangements, of course).
As a reminder, 6th grade students will need their instruments every Day 2;
7th grade students will need their instruments each Day 1. Violin & viola
players been assigned a location in the instrumental storage room where they
can keep their instrument during the day. Please make sure all students have
their name on their instrument case.
