Welcome to seventh grade! I am looking forward to meeting you and spending
this year teaching you World History. I have been teaching in 7th Grade
History in Hammarskjold for 21 years. I am originally from Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania and I am a true fan of the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates.
I expect that we will all have fun learning about the world this year. We
will begin our adventure with the study of the Fall of Rome. We then will
learn about many cultures including the Middle East, Africa, Europe, China,
and Ancient America. We will study the time period beginning with 476AD up
until the early 1800's.
It is important that we all come to class eager to learn and willing to be
respectful of our peers and teacher(s). Welcome to my class...let the voyage
