Help! I can't open my locker!

Remember to double check your combination!  Then, make sure you 
are turning 
the dial in the correct directions - right, left, right.  When 
you get to your last number, continue 
turning right until the dial begins to get tighter...then you 
should be able to open the door.  If you 
are still having trouble, find a teacher to help you :)

What is the "I Forgot Book"?

All House 7 teachers use the "I Forgot Book" as a way 
to keep track of your 
class preparation.  It is your responsibility to come to class 
prepared with 
the necessary materials - packets, handouts, assignments, etc.  
If you are 
unprepared, you will be asked to signed the "I Forgot 
Book" and write 
exactly what you forgot.  If your materials are in your locker, 
you will be 
allowed to get them.  Class preparation counts for 10% of your 
marking 
period grade in Social Studies.

What will I learn in 6th Grade Social Studies?

In 6th grade Social Studies we will study the rise and 
development of 
ancient civilizations.  Be prepared to journey to the ancient 
lands of Mesopotamia, Egypt, India, China, 
Greece, and Rome.

What are the classroom rules?

Rules:
1. Respect your teachers and classmates.
2. Raise your hand to speak.
3. Listen when others speak.
4. Ask to leave the classroom.
5. Try your hardest.

What happens when a student breaks a rule?

1.  Teacher Warning
2.  Teacher will speak with student privately
3.  Teacher will make parent contact
4.  Teacher will issue a consequence
5.  Administrative intervention
