What are my classroom expectations?

I have three very simple expectations. However, they mean a lot
to me and I do EXPECT each student to follow them.
1. Be RESPECTFUL! Treat teachers, school personnel, classmates,
and the school building with respect.
2. Be PREPARED! Be on time to class with all your materials for
the period. Begin copying your homework into your agenda and
working on your Do Now immediately.
3. Do your BEST! Try, take risks, don't be afraid to fail, pay
attention, and participate by joining the discussion and asking
questions. Remember, no one is perfect and I don't expect
perfection!

What is the policy for late work?

Assignments are due on the assigned date.Late assignments will be
penalized with a 5% grade reduction for each day late. When you are
absent, please remember that according to the school policy you have
two days to make up any missed work for each day of your absence. If
you do not show me this work in the allotted time period, it will be
considered late.
