About The Teacher

My name is Mary Ferraez and I am thrilled to be at Hammarskjold for year 
number 2.  I have two little guys with whom I have so much fun! My oldest 
son, Caleb, is 6 and my little man, Aidan, will be 4 in March.  

My favorite hobby, that I look forward to sharing with you, is 
scrapbooking.  It is the perfect combination of the things I adore... my 
family, my friends, pictures, and writing.

Mission For The Class

This year, I would like for each of you to improve your writing and learn to 
enjoy reading even more than you do now.  Reading and writing will help you 
to express yourself, which is a skill you will use for the rest of your 
lives.  During our class time together, I know that we will respect each 
other and have fun learning.
