I come from a long line of teachers in my family. Being a teacher is one of
the most important things to me, it is part of who I am. I am a graduate of
Seton Hall University with a BA in psychology and of Felician College with my
teaching certificate. I received an award through Felician College for
excellence in student teaching. I hope to continue that excellence as I
continue my career at Heights.
As many of you know, although this is my ninth year teaching at Heights
School, it is my second year teaching third grade here. I couldn't be more
excited about this! Last year was one of my most exciting years here at Heights.
Change is part of what helps us to grow in all that
we do. One of my favorite quotes is "Growth means change and change involves
risk, stepping from the known to the unknown." Let's change and grow together.
I am looking forward to another great, exciting, successful year!
