My name is Ms. Pinckney and I will be at Heights Elementary School until Ms. Duno returns. I have always
enjoyed school and working with children. Teaching is something that I have been passionate about
since high school. I attended Elizabethtown College and majored in Elementary and Special Education. I
enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my cute little puppy, Briggs. I also like to cook, read,
sew, go for walks/hikes with my dog.
My mission for the class is to provide a warm and welcoming environment
conducive to learning. Children are all so special and are all capable of
learning. To look into the eyes of a child who has learned from myself is a
treasure and it is my goal that every child has a successful fourth grade
year and develops cognitively, emotionally, and socially successfully!
