My name is Susan Showerman. I have been teaching in East Brunswick for 26
years. I taught first and second grade at Memorial School for 13 years and I
have been teaching kindergarten at Lawrence Brook for 13 years. I was born
and raised in East Brunswick and my parents still live in the house where I
grew up. I attended Bowne, Hammarskjold and East Brunswick High School.
I currently live in Freehold with my husband and 17 year old twin sons, Matt
and Dan. I love teaching and still enjoy the excitement of teaching young boys
and girls to read and write. I have been working with Mrs. Casaretti for 11
years and was her daughter's second grade teacher.
My name is Mrs. Casaretti. I have been working as a Kindergarten Aide for 12
years, 11 of them with Mrs. Showerman. I have one daughter Lauren, who is a
Junior in college, studying speech pathology. I am a resident of East
Brunswick, and have lived here for the last 18 years.
