Dear Parents,

It’s that time of the year again for your kids to make wish lists, and the PTA needs to make a wish list, too, for those items that our school, playground or teachers need that are not in the school budget.  Please come to the PTA meeting with suggestions and help plan to achieve the funds necessary for these items that will enhance the educational environment for our kids. 

Thanks to our terrific PTA volunteers, the kids looked great in their school pictures (Dar Shelley), enjoyed bowling and loved the Chinese acrobat assembly (Tara Lichter), made Keystone Park cleaner (Liz Biagiotti) and provided the first graders with a well deserved snack for reading (Jennifer Post).

As a reminder, the Friend Finder, a directory of all the students for homework, play-dates etc., is available at ebnet.org: Lawrence Brook School PTA, friend finder.  The password is: lbfriends09.  If you cannot access the internet, please call Maria Sapia at 732-545-5245 for a hard copy.

Dec 3 (Th)  Applebee’s:  Eat out and Applebee’s (Ryders Lane, Milltown) will donate proceeds to our school from 11:00 am until Midnight.  Flier to follow.

Dec 7-9 (Mon-Wed)   Holiday Store for kids to buy gifts for family and friends.

Dec 10 (Th) The Franklin Institute Hot and Cold science assembly.

Dec 10 (Th)  PTA meeting 6:45 for coffee and dessert.

Dec 22 (Tu)  Pre-K and K Winter Break class parties.

Dec 23 (Wed)  Grades 1-5 Winter Break class parties.
