Can I send in goodies for my child's birthday?

You may send in goody bags with little trinkets, such as pencils, erasers, 
notebooks, coloring books, etc. 
Or, you may purchase cookies and milk for the class through the school 
cafeteria.
Or, you may purchase trinkets from the school birthday cart, which is 
available through our nurse, Mrs. Seligman.

How can I best help my child at home?

Please check your child's homework book and folder everynight to check for 
homework assignments. Please reinforce the skills that we are working on in 
class everynight. 
Also, please read to your child EVERY night for at least 20 minutes a night.
