2NDFLOOR is a youth helpline serving all youth and young adults in the state
of New Jersey. This helpline incorporates an interactive web
site, "2NDFLOOR.org", which features surveys and an interactive message board
that allows young people the opportunity to raise issues and get answers
online. Popular issues include peer and family relationships, bullying and
substance abuse.
A "Life Skills Program" is being offered by the Center for Prevention and
Counseling located on Spring St. in Newton. The program is designed to
assist "at-risk" adolescents who are court-involved or at imminent risk of
being court involved. This youth could be someone who has been in trouble for
fighting at school,truant or has friends/siblings that have been arrested or
