 Students have been given parental consent forms to participate in a School 
Wide Online Survey entitled "Be The One" 
 
The survey will be offered to the students during the week of 
February 13-17,2012

This activity offers the students an opportunity to voice their 
observations/concerns regarding bullying in our school.
Your cooperation in signing the permission letter is appreciated.
