Thank you to all the landscapers who designed and constructed the setting for an outside Writing Center. To complement the Weeping Norway Spruce, Burning Bush,Sedum,Butterfly Bush and other spring bulbs, the crew planted day lilies, Japanese irises, mums,and hens and chicks plants (Sempervivum).

To create the atmosphere of a Japanese garden, students rearranged the round garden stones to create a river winding its way through the plants. The teamwork was organized by Language Arts students and an enrichment period volunteer crew.

Thanks to the 6th grade Language Arts and Science students for combining their efforts to keep the garden growing!
