Happy Ground Hog's Day! What a pleasant surprise that we are having
such a mild winter!
The class is enjoying the All About Work unit in Social Studies.
Some parents came in to share their careers and that was a special treat!
We have started the Solids and Liquids unit in Science. The students
were excited to learn about multiplication in math.
Reading and Writing is always a highlight of the day. The class finished
their Realistic Fiction stories and shared them during Writer's Workshop.
Also, Reader's Workshop is always a special time to read a Just Right Book
and response about what you are reading in your reading notebook.
WE ARE VERY BUSY IN SECOND GRADE!!!
