Hello! My name is Angie Mitchell and I am the PK-3 teacher in Newfield. In PK-
3 we begin to learn appropriate socialization skills and how to become more
self-reliant while in a caring and safe environment. We learn about the world
around us through play, working together, and also working independently.
Each week we will focus on a different theme wherein we will tie in beginning
letter and number skills as well as beginning science and social studies
concepts. In addition, we will also be learning about religion once a week.
